Hi! I’m Shaelynn Mink, and I’m proud to serve as the Dyslexia Specialist at Wellman-Union CISD. I have 12 years of teaching experience and a strong passion for supporting students with reading and language-based learning differences. I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education from Wayland Baptist University with additional certifications in ESL and Special Education. I have taught in both Brownfield ISD (3 years) and here in Wellman-Union (9 years).
My husband, Robert, and I have three kids on campus, and they definitely keep us busy! Our family loves spending time at the lake whenever we get the chance. While Wellman hasn’t always been home, we’re so thankful for the journey that brought us here—and proud to now call this amazing community our own!
