The Wheeler’s strongly agree with the District's vision and commitment to educate the young people of our community to become productive members of our constantly changing society. Likewise, we agree with WUCISD’s educational philosophy of the importance of providing an exemplary education community, where all students will be provided opportunities for the development of essential academic skills and far beyond these essentials skills to think logically, independently, creatively, and communicate effectively. As a life-long West Texas resident, Mr. Wheeler is excited to build long-term relationships within our community, based upon open communication and mutual trust, in order to continually define Wellman-Union CISD as a prestigious educational family. Working as a team, he believes we can produce sustainable change, embedded in our culture, to bolster morale and generate enthusiasm while ensuring our students, staff, and community persistently obtain new levels of success, as we strive to live up to the strong traditions and legacy Wellman-Union CISD is known for.
