I was raised in Colorado and Montana, until I attended college at Lubbock Christian University (88-92), where I met my amazing wife, Elizabeth. We have two sons, Colton and William. Colton works at Fred Hutchinson Cancer research in Seattle. William works at Lubbock Physical Therapy Today. I have worn several hats in education over the years—teaching ELA 7-12; coaching basketball, football, and track; and school counseling—in Amherst, Texas; Centerville, Tennessee; Lubbock, Brownfield; and Bayfield, Colorado. I enjoy doing just about anything outdoors with my family—hunting, fishing, and hiking in the Rockies.
I am excited about being in Wellman and working with all the amazing people that make Wellman-Union a great place to be.
