Hello! My name is Mandy Carter, and I am so excited to be teaching and coaching your students again this year. I am the elementary physical education teacher as well as junior high and high school volleyball, basketball, and track coach. I graduated from Tarleton State University with a B.A. in Kinesiology, and this is my second year in education. I love the family atmosphere at Wellman-Union and can’t wait for another great year!
