Hello! My name is Amanda Arendall, and I am excited to begin my 5th year at Wellman-Union and my 2nd year as the Pre-K teacher. This year also marks my 13th year in education.
One of the things I love most about Wellman-Union is the people who make up our school community. The support, relationships, and family atmosphere make it a wonderful place to teach and learn.
My husband and I have been married for 27 years, and he works for TDCJ in Dalhart. We are blessed with five children: Casey, MaKayla, Levi, Cam, and Macey. Cam is a senior at Wellman-Union this year, and Macey is a freshman. We are also proud grandparents to two wonderful grandchildren, Scarlett, who is 2 years old, and Joshua, who is 7 months old.
Our family hopes to establish deep roots in the Wellman community, and we look forward to many wonderful years ahead.
I am honored to help our youngest learners grow, discover, and build a strong foundation for their future. I look forward to an amazing school year and can’t wait to watch our future WU Wildcats learn and thrive.
Go Cats!
